Tasks and objectives
For e-commerce platforms, especially for brands that solely sell online, user traffic is one of the most important factors that define success. In the end, each of them is a potential customer. Decreasing rates directly translate into lower conversions and revenues. This problem has occurred on wapteka.pl. The client, realizing the seriousness of the problem, decided to fix it as soon as possible.
Our agency was asked to find the source of the issue and recommend appropriate solutions. Our specialists analyzed the website in terms of SEO and performed a full crawl audit of the website. They did not forget about copywriting and UX (testing user behavior with Hotjar and their preferences with A/B testing) that are key aspects of the quality of the website. The result of the comprehensive research was the creation of recommendation library and a 40-page report.
